CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS

In case of cancellation, change or non-use of the entire period of an already paid direct reservation by the client, "VIA SERDIKA" OOD refunds the paid amount upon request, charging a penalty depending on the dates of stay of the reservation:

Cancellations without penalty are made up to 14 days before the date of check-in. After this period, a penalty of 1 (one) night is due for the respective hotel.

In case of non-appearance of the guest at the hotel and non-use of the entire reservation, he owes as a penalty the amount for 2 nights. The remaining amount is refunded.

When refunding a paid amount, all transfer costs (bank fees and others) are at the expense of the client.

In cases of force majeure circumstances requiring cancellation or change of the reservation, it is necessary to provide the relevant documents and evidence. In that case, the refund of the paid amounts is negotiated.

When refunding amounts paid by credit or debit card for services contracted and performed by us, this will be done by us through a transaction on the card with which the payment was made.

"VIA SERDIKA" OOD refunds amounts for canceled and changed reservations within 30 calendar days.
